I am a project manager and design enthusiast who loves helping creative teams use technology and better work environments to solve everyday challenges. Since 2012, I've had the privilege of organizing teams of designers and developers, focusing on communication approaches that make collaborating with clients simpler and more efficient.
Occasionally, I have the honor of giving guest lectures at Binus University about navigating the creative industry. I believe that while the industry can be tough, delivering quality work is what matters most. I also like to encourage designers to learn basic programming to help bridge the communication gap with developers.

DesktopIP is one of the first cloud computing players in Indonesia. They made remote computing accessible around the time citrix and TeamViewer began their expansion to this region back in 2009. I was in charge of developing their very first User Interface for the public to use while also tackling their branding issue. I managed and organized two developers and two designers to achieve the company marketing and production goals within a very short period of time.

2012-2013Film & Commercials Pipeline Experience
Being part of the film production pipeline and a Visual FX artist, I was able to explore some of the best creative practices in the industry. The key lesson I get from it was the importance of creative planning and traversing the execution phase.

2008-2012A Study on Art, Film, and Technology
Majoring in film animation, I learnt the fundamental of filmmaking and production pipeline. I took 3D path to pursue the knowledge of 3D animation, CGI, and visual effects. My final works was featured in 3D Artist Magazine. Joined MiT Gambit program during my final year to explore game development and user interface for game.

Currently, I am exploring the intersection of emerging technology and practical project management. My days are split between conducting independent research into AI models and workflows, and providing consulting support for organizations looking to streamline their operations. It is a rewarding mix of quiet, technical experimentation and active, collaborative problem-solving.

03.Celestia AI is an automated hiring platform that uses "agentic AI" to streamline the early stages of the recruitment process. It significantly reduces the manual effort required to vet applicants by automating CV screening, conducting natural, in-depth AI interviews with behavioral detection, and performing fraud checks. By generating comprehensive analytics and reports from these interactions, the platform allows HR teams to save time on preliminary evaluations and focus their energy on final-stage hiring decisions.
